Terms of service

Preorders:

    • Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description. 
    • Note that unless otherwise stated, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items arrive.
    • While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order and limited edition items do happen and is out of our control.

Turnaround Time (TAT):

    • You will always find the necessary TAT detailed in the product description!
    • Ready to ship or pickup items are 1-5 business days. This does NOT include weekends or holidays.
    • Preorders are normally 25-30 business days but can be longer depending on the item. This does NOT include weekends or holidays.
    • TAT does NOT include shipping times after your package leaves our hands. 

Shipping Policies:

    •  We are NOT responsible for any LOST, DAMAGED, or STOLEN items in shipping if you have a problem please message us first then we will Direct you to the shipping carrier.
    • We are NOT responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Return Policies:

    • We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase if in person/delivery date when shipped.
    • All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
      No refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
