Ruff and Rowdy Refund Policy
At Ruff and Rowdy, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase if in person/delivery date when shipped.

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
No refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. -
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us within the 15-day window. Availability is not guaranteed, but we’ll always do our best to help. If an exchange can’t be made, store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a mistake was made on our end we will replace the item or issue store credit.
If the damage was caused in transit during shipping we are NOT responsible for the damages and a claim will need to be filed through the shipping carrier.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end.
